Job Title: DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST
Job Description: Responding to assigned tickets via helpdesk ticketing system (ARS) according to our SLA; Installation and support of GIL hardware (desktops/laptops, peripherals) and business applications; Execution of project tasks and deliverables; Backfill for Personnel Change Coordinator role.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering plus relevant Microsoft and Cisco certifications. IT Information Library (ITIL) certification will be an added advantage.
Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 and Vista Suite
Effective communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience Two (2) – Four (4) years relevant post National Youth Service experience.
