Position Description
Job Purpose
To coordinate the execution of online marketing campaigns on behalf of Stanbic IBTC Bank in accordance with the campaign briefs/charters and agency briefs with the objectives of launching within agreed timelines and adding value and expertise where required. To manage content update of all corporate, business units and product information on the SIB website in conjunction with SA digital/online Marketing team.
Website and Mobile Management
Maintain relationships with various internal clients and stakeholders at varying levels across the Bank in order to assist them with maximizing online and mobile opportunities to help meet their business objectives
Monitor and evaluate the SIB website and mobile site to ensure it is up-to-date and relevant and that it complies with the central online and CI guidelines
Translate business requirements into feasible online and mobile marketing plans and activities. And ensure effective implementation thereof.
Research the latest web and mobile trends and promote best practice
Maintain a close working relationship with the Online Marketing team in Head Office (Johannesburg) to ensure changes, amendments, updates and additions are completed timeously and all deadlines are met.
Drive and monitor traffic of various products in order to track usage rate of the website/ products.

Campaign Management
Translate marketing strategy into achievable and measurable objectives that will be considered for your annual and quarterly campaign plans.
Create and maintain high-level campaign plans for all online marketing campaigns that are being managed
Interpret the participation of online and mobile in all marketing campaigns for the Bank.
Ensure that online marketing campaigns go out on time by problem solving, facilitating solutions and, where necessary, escalating significant delays to the campaign manager (business unit marketing manager) and online marketing manager (Group Office).
Assist with identifying opportunities to improve the online marketing processes, documentation, templates and outputs in line with business requirements and maintaining the online marketing unit’s presence on the Intranet.

Interrogating copy and creative against the brief and apply previous learning and customer insights where appropriate and then make recommendations to the respective Marketing segment manager.
Work relatively independently on operational campaigns.
Monitor and ensure compliance of Standard Bank Corporate Identity guidelines across the bank .
Required Skills and Qualifications

Relevant administrative qualification
Minimum of a 2.1B.Sc degree in social sciences/ humanities
Project management
Online Marketing, graphics design/ web design diploma/certificate an advantage

Minimum of 4 years experience in coordinating projects (need not be marketing projects)
Experience in working with digital and online media elements.
Experience in graphics designing and online implementation
Experience in working as part of a multi-functional team
Experience in a marketing environment an advantage
Required Competencies
Using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Corel draw, Power point, Adobe Illustrator.

Strong networking skills
Highly structured and organized
Able to work independently on projects
Team player
Positive Interdepartmental working relationships
Knowledge of online marketing would be an advantage
As this is a new role, the scope could expand over time
