Job description
This role will require 2 key responsibilities
50% dedicated to Leadership Development as facilitator (in Learning)
50% dedicated to a LPM role for Professional Development (in Learning)
For the LPM Role the requirements for the job is as follows:
Be familiar with IBM learning portfolios : offerings, target audiences, program objectives, etc .
Work with regional WFP to maintain relationship with regional business unit clients – representing a cross-pillar view of Learning
Translate identified skill gaps into cross-pillar learning plans for the region (skill gap closure plans) – work with pillar focal points on program specific questions
Identify BU unique requirements & work with pillar leaders to fulfill those needs
Actively participant during fall plan cycle to work with pillar leaders & WFP’s to integrate an GCG cross pillar plan
Maintain overall accountability for completion of key programs agreed with the regional pillar and gmt leaders (eg, Sales Eminence, GSS, BBNL, Technical Development, etc )
Identify regional target audience and drive local awareness/outreach
Identify students down at the name/serial number level
Capture plan completion view at regional cross-pillar level
Monitor Programs utilization & prepare metrics / score cards to present to our executives.
Support and promote offerings with clients and plan deployment details, work with the WFPs + HRPs/BUSkills Enablement leads to communicate & market our offerings, in close cooperation with focal point , drive participation .
Collaborate with GLDS and pillar team to maximize enrolments, monitor participant pipelines, reduce cancellations
Follow up customer satisfaction with IST Learning Delivery (pillar & GLDS) & take action / discuss with relevant stake-holders and or pillar focal point on corrective actions where required

Required
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 years experience in Learning Integrator Manager
At least 3 years experience in Leadership Development with Management Experience
English: Fluent
