SPNS Consulting is a specialist consulting firm with operational focus on such areas as Business Process Improvement and Management, Human Resources Management, Corporate Strategy and Training/Human Capital Development.
Our cleint, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Nigeria with over 20 years of active existence requires qualified candidates for the position below in her factory situated in Oyo State.
JOB TITLE: NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
LOCATION: Oyo State

Responsibilities
Planning, coordination, taking full responsibility of ensuring actualization of total sales objective of the division.
To ensure that all regions are staffed with suitably qualified and dynamic personnel.
To relate with distributors, and be able to feel their purse on various issues related to our products and competitors activities
To develop programs that will ensure efficiency of field force measurable in terms of performance and cost control analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
B.Pharm. with minimum of 6-10 years working experience in related position.
Applicants should possess strong excellent managerial, planning and organizational skills
Ability to quantify and measure marketing and business development results and effectiveness.
Must be computer literate.
Communication, presentation and IT skills and interpersonal and teamwork skills are required
Self-Management and professional development skills, practical skills and numeracy skills are required
