JOB POSITION: SILO OPERATORS
REQUIREMENT:
Should be able to perform the following functions among others: – Wheat transfer in the mill. Report every breakdown in the silo equipment: loading of trucks and off-loading in silo.
Give account of daily stock measurement in every silo used for transferring wheat to the mill.
YOUR PROFILE:
A quality communication and leadership skills
A proactive person with “CAN DO “ attitude
WASC/SSCE/Technical Certificate or OND/HND.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in a Flour Mill.

JOB POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
REQUIREMENT
a capable mature candidate with in-depth knowledge in HR, Industrial Relations and Nigeria Labour Law.

QUALIFICATION:
BA/BSc. Or LLB Membership of CIPM will be a better chance.
With minimum of 5 years working experience in a Manufacturing Company or Flour Milling/Noodles Business.

JOB POSITION: MILLERS
REQUIREMENT
Coordinating production start-ups, shut downs and change overs. In-charge of shifts production goals.
Operates within SOP and ensure a clean and safe work area.
Take every two hour sample from control shifters and packing lines andx check for quality defects.
At every shifts check all machines for good operation conditions.
Coordinate and organized all maintenance work with mechanics and electricians. Also monitor the packing and warehouse operations.

QUALIFICATION:
WASC/SSCE/Technical Certificate or OND
Minimum of 5 years working experience in a Flour Industry

JOB POSITION: ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH & SAFETY (EHS) MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS:
As a leader, you will roll out Health & Safety principles and focus on the elimination of those prioritized risks and practices that lead to injury and illness.
Strictly compliance with the local laws and regulation.
Attached to the QEHS Manager, locally and regionally.
The EHS will be managing workplace risks and ensure a healthy and safe environment for employees, contractors and visitors.

YOUR PROFILE:
Good communication, leadership and computer skills
Understands safety and quality systems ( HACCP, 1SO, 14001, OSHAS 18001)
Experience in Hazard analysis and risks assessment
Must be willing to train both new and existing staffs.
Success willingness & proactive.

QUALIFICATION:
HND/BSc. In Engineering or related field.
Working experience in flour mill or in a grains process facility.
