Head, Customer Support
Keeping our customer is keeping our business. Your chief job is trouble shooting, ensuring that no client is ever lost on your watch. Our ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written English. Well experienced in travel/tour operations, be aware of current laws and legislations. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that any and all complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently to the satisfaction of all involved. To seek this position, you must be aware of monthly target figures and your roles in meeting them. Be able to train and supervise junior staff members. You must a minimum of 5 years customer care experience in a company of repute to apply
