POSITION: INVESTMENT ANALYST
 LOCATION: Gombe

JOB FUNCTION

 This Job Function is important to the effective operations of goleasing. An employee allocated to this class of work will have the responsibility of providing information and recommendations that enable management to make informed decisions about goleasing investment opportunities. Work is performed under general direction and supervision of a superior officer.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Researching Companies.
 Making Informed recommendations.
 Keeping detailed knowledge about the Nigerian Economy (Global Trends) and financial markets.
 Interpreting Complicated Financial Information.
 Analysis Company Accounts, profit and loss sheets and cash flow statements.
 Meeting with company managers to discuss financial matters.
 Writing financial research summaries.
 Meeting with fund managers.
 Using specialist media sources to gain information about current financial news.
 Any other function ancillary to above that may be required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
 Graduation from an accredited university/polytechnic in an appropriate curriculum and thorough experience related to this class of work; or any equivalent combination of training or experience.
 A post graduate qualification and/or a professional certification will be required for this Job Function.
 Interested Candidates must be below 30 years of age with a minimum of three years relevant experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
 Candidates should possess diplomacy, a meticulous attention to detail, good numerical, organizational and time management skills and a genuine interest in business.
 Excellent computing, secretarial, interpersonal, team-working and written/verbal communications skills are important.

POSITION: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
 LOCATION: GombeJOB FUNCTION

 The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting the Executive offices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Be responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings.
 Assist Executives in preparation of presentation materials.
 Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents: prepare background documents and outgoing mails as necessary.
 Assist in the pipeline/forecast preparation and management.
 Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed.
 Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Executives.
 Any other function ancillary to above that may be required.

POSITION: ASSISTANT LEGAL ADVISER
 LOCATION: Gombe

JOB FUNCTION
 This Job Function is important to the effective operations of goleasing. An employee allocated to this class of work is responsible for the overall operation and supervision of the goleasing contractual obligations to its stakeholders. Work is performed under general direction of the Company Secretary/General Counsel.

Duties and Responsibilities
 Assist in the convening and servicing annual general meetings.
 Provide support to committees and working parties such as the Board of Directors.
 Ensure the Implementation of procedural/administrative systems.
 Writing reports and collating information.
 Providing legal/financial advice during and outside meetings.
 Managing office Space and property.
 HR Administration.
 Maintaining current awareness about company law.
 Any other function ancillary to above that may be required.

POSITION: ASSISTANT FLEET MANAGER
 LOCATION: Gombe

JOB FUNCTION
 This Job Function is a responsible managerial and administrative work in the operation of the goleasing fleet system and the repair and maintenance of vehicles. An employee allocated to this class of work is responsible for the overall operation of the goleasing fleet and the provision of automotive maintenance and repair services for the fleet. Work is performed under general direction of an administrative superior with performance being measured by total results.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Plans, directs, and coordinates the operation of vehicle maintenance and repair programs goleasing.
 Plans, directs, and coordinates the goleasing fleet system.
 Prepares and directs in-service training programs for newly employed personnel.
 Reviews purchase requests for new and replacement vehicles.
 Prepares short and long range plans for Taxi system operation including Taxi routing and scheduling within Gombe Metropolis.
 Plans and administers a preventive maintenance and vehicular replacement program for goleasing owned vehicles.
 Receives and processes vehicle accident and damage reports.
 Prepares cost analysis and periodic management and operational reports.
 Performs related duties as required.
