REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
All Business Units – All States

THE ROLE: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER  
The successful candidate will be required to:
Achieve profitable volume/market share target for the Region
Ensures achievement of sales fundamentals (Coverage, distribution, visibility-shelving and Merchandising and pricing) for the Region
Identifies training needs of ASMs, and RDMs, works with Route-to-market Manager and HR to build sales capability and ensure a talent pipeline
Builds the Sales Force capability via embedding coaching as a way of life within the field sales organization
Responsible for business growth and capability development of Active Distributors within the Region.
Responsible for managing and enhancing the corporate reputation of Nutricima via adherence to corporate governance procedures.
Feeds into the demand process to optimise the quality, accuracy and clarity of inputs as a critical factor in the wider business sales and operational objectives
Ensures flawless execution of Tactical and Cycle initiatives.
Proactively develop professional relationships with external stakeholders (Police, LGA, Security personnel etc)

THE PERSON: THE RIGHT CANDIDATE MUST   
Graduate with 10  years minimum commercial expertise gained across Consumer Marketing and / or  Sales  Management.
A strong track record in Sales at a management level, with experience in at least two areas of Sales.
Have a strong leadership and communication skills –written and   verbal
Have a good understanding of all PZ Cussons Values, Capabilities and tools and how these interact together to deliver brilliant execution in Field Sales
Have a strong capability and able to coach others in Sales Drivers, Managing Relationships (including negotiation skills), Sales Force Effectiveness, Outlet Segmentation, JUBP and Targeted Trade Investment.
Have an  experience of leading /managing others, delivering results through teams and strong track record as a coach. Experience of change management is particularly valuable.
Have exposure to strategy development.
Strong project management skills, commercial and financial capability are important.
Have experience of working with other parts of Sales and/or other functions is particularly valuable.
