The Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Offering Manager position defines, develops, launches, and manages the various ESM go to market offerings in the ITO portfolio. These include but are not limited to, Multi-Supplier Integration (MSI), Cross-Functional Services, and any new go to market offerings on the road map.

Enterprise Service Management (ESM) within ES encompasses a number of key enabling tools and processes utilized across multiple portfolios in ITO. ESM services create a single control point where workflows, functional dependencies, reporting, root cause analysis, and service performance can be captured and measured to drive consistent delivery quality. Integration of HP industry-leading service reference architecture software with our global services management experience delivers a service management solution that is unmatched in the market. Components of ESM include but are not limited to:
· Service Operations Management (SOM)
· Portal, Service Request & Catalog Management (SRM)
· End-User Service Portal (ESP)
· Event Management (EVM)
· Configuration Management (CMS)
· Business Intelligence & Reporting (BI)
· Availability & Capacity Management (AVCAP)
· Service Level Management (SLM)
· Onboarding Services
· Notification Services
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain the collateral to ensure Sales Enablement of the various ESM portfolio offerings
· Collaborate with the WW Portfolio Leadership, Service Line Management, Marketing, and Finance organizations as well as the Regional Sales, Pursuit, and Delivery teams to ensure that the services created are aligned with the HP/ES strategy and drive significant value to our customers and our business
· Develop all service descriptions and have the ability to create and document business justification, proposal content, training, contractual documentation, battle cards, and presentations meant for internal and external audiences
· Measure the level of post-implementation adoption of new portfolio offerings, as well as the success of existing offerings. Ensure the ESM offerings continue to be in alignment with our strategy, drives customer value and delivers positive business results
· Ensure Plan of Record initiatives relating to ESM are completed on time and on budget
· Develop and maintain an 18-24 month ESM roadmap adjusting quarterly as market and business conditions dictate 
· Develop and maintain a qualified list of customer references relating to ESM offerings
· Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 10 years’ experience, or equivalent
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Services or similar consulting-based business with strong sales and/or delivery background
· Experience with one or more of the following areas preferred: Service Management, Cloud, Mobility, Big Data, Security
· Deep ITIL v3 knowledge and understanding and/or ITIL v3 certification
· Working knowledge of ES ITO Portfolio
· Deep knowledge of complex selling methodologies
· Demonstrated ability to understand customer business issues and develop/deliver consultative customer engagements to address those issues
· Strong written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
· Proven ability to lead a diverse set of partners and cross-functional teams; demonstrated international (virtual) collaboration skills
· Ability to meet aggressive timelines working in a highly dynamic environment
· Availability to travel (25%)
